The picture made it look like it would be soft almost like memory foam, but it is very firm. Doesn't offer the type of support I was looking for.

This cushion is soooo comfortable and supportive of my herniated low back.

Love this pillow --- but not just for lumbar support. I have upper back problems and bucket seats in cars are curved in a way that makes those problems worse. I needed something to help me sit in the proper position, with my shoulders back instead of hunched forward the way bucket seats make you sit. With this pillow behind me in the car my posture is much better, my shoulders sit back they way they should, and it really helps eliminate neck and shoulder pain. This pillow is the best solution I've found after trying many, many others. I'm ordering another one for my craft chair, and recommend it to anyone with shoulder and neck pain (as well as lumbar issues).

This support is really helping me with posture at my office chair ,the memory foam is soft and have comfort support. Easy to keep in place with the straps.I highly recommend it

I work 10 hour shifts at home at a desk. I started having bad back aches. This really helps a lot. My back is more supported and the pain is barely there now.
