My dentist approves
The other day while using this product, I was thinking that I should write a review.I’ve had this for almost two years now and I use it almost everyday, like six days a week. What I really like about it is the ease of use because I’m more inclined to use it. The only thing I’ve had to do with this is to buy additional pics, but that’s to be expected. Most importantly, my dentist is pleased as he notices the lack of plaque on my teeth and the health of my gums. Definitely a great buy.

First one worked for a while then received a replacement
I bought my first one but didn’t get to use it until a couple months later. It worked great for about 3-4 months until it started making weird sounds then stopped working. I contacted the B.Weiss support and they were able to promptly send me a free replacement since mine passed the returned window. I received my replacement after a few days and it’s working great. Will see how this one goes but overall amazing customer service.

Helps with better oral hygiene
My dentist suggested this to help improve oral hygiene. It definitely helps my mouth feel cleaner! I like that it comes with different heads for different needs, has different modes, and a larger capacity water tank. Charges, and can be used wireless. Easy to use, good price!

Above-and-Beyond Customer Service!
This is an excellent water flosser. We bought ours in 2021. Three years later, it malfunctioned (wouldn't turn off after being started). We wrote to B. Weiss via their Web site asking how to fix it. Although it was out of warranty, after requesting and receiving a video from me showing the malfunction, they replaced the device and gave us a six-month extension of warranty. The replacement is a newer model and has some improvements in design (including using a USB charger and having the plug that covers the charging socket attached to the device rather than loose, therefore easily lost). The new one also came with several spray heads of various designs; I don't remember that being the case with the older model.Once change that will take getting used to: The earlier model required holding the "on" button for one-third of a second to turn it on, while the new model turns on instantaneously, which has led me to turn it on prematurely and spray the bathroom rather than my teeth. Just something to learn about how to hold the new model.

Ghost Flosser Turns On BY Itself
28 days old and I'm on the road, and the flosser is sitting in the hotel bathroom after using it AND IT TURNS ON BY ITSELF!!! It did this 3 times over the next 30min, before I unscrewed the base to find a few water droplets inside. After drying /blowing it out with the hair drier, it seems to have addressed the problem. I've only used it standing over the sink... never in the shower or immersed. I'm not sure it's possible, but I'll try using it in as upright position as possible.Btw, the battery looks like an 18650 li-ion, and replacing it may not be possible, so maybe the device is good for about 300 charges, ymmv. Also, although it comes with a cloth carrying bag (for travel?), I'm not sure how that works if it's wet... or keeps from accidentally turning on.===After 5 months, the flosser started acting wonky - would not turn on with top button; would turn on after cycling bottom button. I took it apart... again... and made sure the pump/control compartment was dry, but the device still was responding to the buttons strangely. However, after charging overnight, it appears to be working again.Morale of the story, make sure the control compartment is dry PLUS the battery is charged!Update +8 months: Downgraded to 1* - Not RecommendedThe motor/pump/battery access hatch at the bottom is a serious design flaw. I now store the handle upright, but water still seeps into the motor/pump/battery compartment just by using it and I have to disassemble, drain, and blow dry it every 1-2 months. It's only about a quarter teaspoon of water, but it's enough to cause the buttons not to work or for the flosser to turn itself on... sometimes in the dead of night!!! The device needs a redesign to have a molded bottom where it connects to the tank and have the motor compartment separate in two. The silicone sealed hatch is insufficient.I'm waiting for it to die completely before upgrading to another brand.- update 1wk later -Done. Replaced with Yafex travel water flosser.

Can’t get it clean!!!
It’s a good products and works as you would expect .. but… I can not get the screws out of this area to clean the “gunk” out. It’s quite gross. I can’t find any info on how I should go about cleaning this area. Something to consider if thinking about buying this product. It’s going on the shelf until I can figure out how to clean this!!!!!!
