So disappointed, I love these bars and I haven’t had them for a month and they expire in two days. It’s like someone was being cheap to the costumer.

This energy bar lives up to the KFC slogan, because it's "finger lickin' good." The texture is chewy like a denser Mars bar, and the flavour is chocolatey with a mocha punch. Super delicious - it's literally like you're eating a chocolate bar. Same amount of protein as 1.5 large eggs and low-glycemic, meaning the sugars break down slowly, which keeps you feeling full longer.

These protein bars are too delicious! It makes you want to eat more just because of the taste! I bought them for my husband who needs some protein during his work day especially if he doesn't have time to eat his regular lunch and these are so handy to put in his backpack and not a mess to eat. He enjoys them but I love them. The Solo brand was actually recommended by a naturopath. I suppose the price is okay compared to other brands of protein bars but it really irks me to pay that much. I will keep an eye out for sales before I buy more.

very tasty bar that has a good coffee flavour. it is soft and good textured with crunchy bits. much more satisfying than a traditional chocolate bar. keeps me full for about three hours.
