Total Wate of money and time
I wish I could give it zero stars!!! Total waste of time and money. They are unable to locate my order in Amazon even though I provided my amazon order number. initially, I was told wait 2 hours before they can verify my purchase. When I called after several hours I was told that it may take up to 4 hours to verify if my purchase my legitimate. After waiting several hours I was told it may be next business day before they can verify that I actually purchased this scrap from Amazon.Do not waste your time and money on this !! I opened a dispute with Amazon to return it

Update -- Not A Great Deal
I initially thought that this was a great bargain. Wrong. After 6 months or so, I discovered that they have a wildly inaccurage accounting method for cellular data usage. Several times my son's phone service simply stopped working because they claimed he went over cellular data allowed. Then began several months of autorefills at $5 a pop ($100 over 3 months) to restore voice and allegedly refill his data cap. For 3 months (that is for $90 in individual "refills") he had the cellular data completely off and still speedtalk mobile was taking funds and not providing a service as required. Their phone and email support is a joke. Stay away from this fraudulent and/or incompetent service. Original Review: This is a great bargain. I had 3 days of trouble porting my number due to T-Mobile's fault, but SpeedTalk support was good and once ported I've had nearly a month of use with excellent voice and no drops. Great savings for my kid's phone to take to school and who needs minutes and texting but limited cellular data.

Map lies
When I looked on there map it showed that this card would work in our area, received the card, tried to set up, stated won't work in my area, called number on card, they stated we're not in coverage area, they lied to sell a product. This caused a great amount of grief in my home besides all the time trying to set it up sending back and etc.,it has taken from me, I feel, I'm sorry, isn't sufficient.

It's a great price but the coverage isn't as great as advertised
It's a great price but the coverage isn't as great as advertised. My calls are constantly dropping, I rarely have any bars even in the city or large towns. I don't live in a very rural area or anything either. The coverage map looks impressive but doesn't seem to be very accurate. Even when it looks like I have a decent signal the calls are scrambled and people can't understand me.

Not that good. - doesn't work when you need it
I have a T-Mobile phone on T-Mobile service and the phone works great. If I put this SIM card in it takes about four times to try and actually dial the number the service is spotty at best the 4G service is really bad, and half the time you can't even get a signal same phone T-Mobile and speedtalk claims to use T-Mobile.I suspect if you're in a really big city it might be okay but in a mid-sized City through small town don't waste your money

"1 Year" at Speedtalk means 12 consecutive 30-day billing cycles or 360 days, not 365.
I bought it 1 year ago and I just renewed with them, so I like the product and am sticking with Speedtalk. Incidentally though, I contacted Speedtalk online and a CSR responded by email that a 1 Year plan would give me 365 days. I've now learned that the CSR was wrong. Speedtalk has its own definitions for "Month" and "Year": A Speedtalk "Month" is simply a 30-day billing cycle, it has nothing whatsoever to do with "January", "February", etc. A Speedtalk "Year" is simply 12 consecutive Speedtalk "Months", i.e. 360 days. At least we seem to share the same definition for a "day"! They do have one plan at their website that explicitly states "365 days". They have not answered my query about that one. I do think Speedtalk is a great value and it does work well. Their online email support is hit and miss re accuracy, and is fairly slow to respond. They also could be clearer about things at their website I think. Perhaps starting with re-naming their "1 Year" plans as "360 day" plans. Also, new customers should be forewarned that down the road when Speedtalk sends them an email warning them of the impending expiration of their cell service in 3 days, that it will come from a domain that your mail has NOT seen before! (refillspeedtalk.com not speedtalk.com) So unless you routinely peruse your junk folder (who does), you'll miss it.

As soon as I received my prepaid SpeedTalk sim card ...
As soon as I received my prepaid SpeedTalk sim card from Amazon I went to their activation page and typed in the sim card number along with it's Amazon order number. Moments later they issued me my new phone number. I then inserted the activated SpeedTalk sim card into my new Nokia 6 and ten minutes later I was talking to my son in LA.

GREAT deal for people on limited incomes.
There are some limitations (as for talking & data), but the text is unlimited and WiFi is practically every where. This is a GREAT bargain when you are on a limited income. I am saving $200 a year on each phone x 3= $600.
