The BEST dairy free creamer
If you're looking for a dairy-free creamer that isn't loaded with sugar, flavors, or weird additives--this is the one! The consistency is great, and there isn't a strong flavor. It won't throw off the taste of your coffee. It's not quite as thick as typical half and half, but it is thicker than plain almond or coconut milk. Absolutely love this creamer, it's my go to at this point.

Use instead of milk!
AT LAST! The perfect substitute for milk for my young son and me! We cannot have dairy and have tried many varieties and brands of dairy-free milk, from rice to coconut to cashew to almond, including homemade and store-bought. Hands-down this has the best flavor and a nice creamy texture that makes a cup of coffee, a smoothie, or a bowl of cereal a delight - instead of a punishment - to enjoy, and with minimal added ingredients. I was purchasing the 16 oz containers at Whole Foods but they cost about the same as the large size on Amazon so I'm thrilled to have found this case option for the large containers and at such a reasonable price. My one wish would be that there could be an organic option for this; we try to eat all organic and definitely almonds should be produced organically.... so if that option comes along I will jump at it. Meanwhile we will enjoy this very much. To those who say this has too much fat, it has 6 g per cup and it's all healthy fat, and with zero sugar. Regardless, I'm happy to be able to add these extra calories to my son's diet as he is very thin and giving him almond or rice milk in smoothies offers almost nothing by way of fat which he really needs. Thank you Califia!!

A really great alternative non-dairy half & half!
My husband’s favorite brand. Once we went plant-based, my husband struggled with finding a good half&half for his coffee. He’s tried other brands and Califia Better Half is the perfect non-dairy alternative for him. It's not salty and the Unsweetened is not sweet because he doesn’t sweeten his coffee. The consistency for his coffee is just right as half/half and prefers this to the creamer. This product does not separate when he pours it in his coffee and blends well in his drink.

unsweetened coconut & almond creamer. Coconut forward, almond settles into background
Coconut forward, it will definitely make your coffee taste like coconut. Good balance though, as the almond simmers it down a bit, yet the almond doesn't poke through. I tend to find that almond milk ruins my coffee (even though I like it for everything else), so I took a chance on this because of my favorable impression of other Califia products. It's good. Just have to like coconut. Thay being said, it isn't as creamy as their Unsweetened Barista Blend Oat Milk , which is very creamy and has a neutral taste that works well in my coffee. I love it, maybe too much.. haha.. as I keep buying it. I prefer my coffee black, but when I have some of their oat milk in my fridge, I cant help but grab for that. In comparison, I am not grabbing for this coconut & almond blend. It isnt bad, it just isnt quite doing it for me. I use it when I make one of my weird, slightly off putting coffee blends (my 2nd coup of coffee is used as a vehicle for some supplements. If I dont want to make a real smoothie, I use my coffee to put it all into. That makes for some strange flavors. This creamer helps mask some of it, and helps give it some normal flavor). I love that it is shelf stable until opened, so it is a welcome addition to my pantry and preps. Also works in a pinch for smoothies and other food preparations that could use some coconut/almond milk. Nothing bad that I can see. Really like this brand, so try some stuff out until you find a perfect match. For me, it is the barista blend I linked to.

Great for work lunches
I don't actually use these for creamer, I keep a bag of granola in my desk at work and I keep one of these in my boss's mini fridge. I struggle to find time to take a lunch or even grab a bite, and this has provided a viable and economical solution several days a week. One carton lasts for two bowls of cereal. Didn't really bother checking the nutritional content for use on cereal, but it's "good enough" in the realm of flavor as a milk replacement, even if you struggle with non-dairy-milk textures. It's also shelf stable. I'll keep buying it for this specific purpose.

Nothing but coconut
I like the Califia brand refrigerated products, but all of the shelf stable items I've tried just taste odd. I don't know why. Other non dairy brands seem to taste the same refrigerated or off the self. I live in an area now where it's hard to get many options for almond milk coffee creamer so I wanted to give this product a try. The price is reasonable. It's nice that I can buy in bulk and store in the cabinet. Unfortunately, with this creamer all I taste is raw coconut. I like to add my own flavors because it's very hard to get a good variety with non dairy coffee creamers. Even with adding my own flavors, the coconut is overwhelming. I usually love coconut and will even add coconut syrup sometimes, but it's like eating a raw coconut with coffee made mixed into the milk. Not the other way around.

Whitens coffee without depth
I overall like Califia products, but was looking for a lower calorie option so I thought I would try the creamer. The calories are fantastic and it does whiten the coffee, and adds a bit of a coconut undertone, not unpleasant. I expect a non-dairy creamer to do the same as a dairy one, which also adds depth and smoothness to the flavor, which this does not. If you just want white coffee, this is fantastic, but if you want a hardier product that is like a real whitener, I do not recommend.
