Q: is fan direction reversible?

I attempted to flip the many fans. Gave up and purchased the proper direction.

Q: What are the dimensions of the smallest unit? I see width and height, but no depth is shown...

On my 1U AC Infinity, the Depth behind the rack-mount plate is approx. 35mm (~1.3"). Then allow unrestricted space for the air inlet/exhaust.

Q: What size of screws come with it?

I don't remember but I used it in an amp rack mount so I bought rack mounting screws. They are all universal. At least for musicians.

Q: does this one blow cool air in, i got one that blows out

Yes, it blows ambient air into the rack. I have been very happy with mine. You can also use this in concert with the other, so the one on top of the rack pulls warm air out, and the one on bottom pushes cooler air into the rack.
