Engaging and interesting read
My 7 year old is obsessed with this book! She asked for this after seeing it at her book fair at school. It was much cheaper here and came so quick! She read in in a day and keep we reading it. That’s how much she loves the story line, characters and illustrations.

Another great title by Megan Lloyd
My 7 year old daughter loved this author’s other book ‘Allergic’ so I bought this one too. She likes the story line but wishes the text in the story was a bit larger so that when she stays up at night to read she doesn’t have to squint to see it.

enjoyable story
Funny, honest, and non-formulaic. Avery's desire for a room of her own (which touches on all the different meanings that phrase can have) will resonate with MG readers. They'll probably also be fascinated by the idea of life with six siblings. (YIKES is all I can say about that.) The only issue I have with this graphic novel is the lettering, which is so tiny I sometimes found it difficult to read. The small letters might actually discourage more reluctant readers.

Parent Approved - Kid Loved
Take a walk in Avery's shoes among her close-knit, large family, and you find a home full of love and grace. Each mistake and squabble end in reconciliation and even greater closeness. As Avery experiences a range of challenges and emotions she grows in maturity through each circumstance. My girls love this book, and I, as a somewhat cautious mama, could not recommend any graphic novel more!

Enjoyable for kids with large families
My 11 year old related to the book and had plenty of laughable and relatable moments reading this book.

good to know what it is like for a big family.
Whet I like about this book is it showed even when your siblings are there when you don’t want them there, they will always support you.

Totally recommend for older kids
I rated this a 5\5 because this book can be relatable for a lot of kids and the illustration is very aesthetic I absolutely love allergic and this new book titled "squished".
