Item intact but color innacurate
Product arrived intact and perfectly packaged. Very nice shape. The color was a big disappointment. It is charcoal grey not at all the color in the picture

Broken when received: could return but too difficult
When the order came it was heavy, I unpacked it outside on top of the table where I was going to place the urns. By the time I got to the second urn and unboxing, I had already torn down boxes and brought to the garbage can. When I turned the urn. I noticed a large corner of the base broke. Returning it meant Rebox. It was too heavy and the boxes were already broken down. It must be teboxed to return.
