It got the job done for what I wanted it for. The 4 levels it has is for the ball to go higher and not further which still works for me.

Customer service was awesome! They helped me solve a problem as I had ordered an incompatible machine. Their response time was very fast and I received the new shipment within just one day!Make sure you purchase a machine that is compatible with the recycling net! In combination with this machine, the recycling net was perfect to use as a station in my elementary PE classes. We used the balls that come with the machine. Students took turns hitting the ball into the net and LOVED it. It shoots the balls out with just enough speed and trajectory for their level and ability. The recycling net really makes this machine a great teaching tool as it allows continuous play! If I couldn't buy the recycling net with this machine, I would only buy the net and place a bucket under the net where the balls fall through the funnel. On its own, the machine would be useless in my opinion. Great product!!!

Each one has unique attributes, so I am able to use them in different ways at practice.This machine runs on D batteries, or if you have a power station it makes this truly portable.It uses special Furlihong lightweight, sting free balls; it will not work with other dimpled balls or baseballs; luckily they've included a few.Additional Furlihong Pitching Machines & their brand specific balls are all available on Amazon; as is the portable power station I have.This machine pops balls at different heights and speeds, this is great when I'm training my younger ones on pop flies (less intimidating because of the lightweight balls), or setting it next to them to soft toss a ball when they are batting. it's a nice transition from using a tee to hitting on their own.Easy to assemble, lightweight and great for practice.

Junk stopped working after 50 balls or so went through it

Pretty good! This was good for both my son and my daughter. My daughter is in youth softball and my son is in the little league. This did not come fully assembled. The box was actually ripped to bits from shipping but it did not come damaged at all which is a plus. This was easy to put together. It works very well out in the field. This is battery operated. Keep in mind this is not professional quality. We used this for extra practice on a budget. It is mostly a toy but it is still useful for getting better or learning the basics. I would recommend it!

I have a perfect fence to hit these pitches against to practice my swing. I am very impressed. The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty cool little machine and I love that it operates on electric power or batteries. Keep in mind this is not really a pitching machine, it lobs the ball to you like when a coach is sitting next to the batter and is soft tossing balls up in the air for you to hit. My video shows it on setting 3 (4 settings total). These settings adjust the height of the ball being lobbed.This company also sells a hitting net that will collect the balls and redistribute them back into the machine. Very cheap material , poorly made.
