This is a great tool and does the job really nicely. Used for citrus zests for cookies, etc. Easy to use, easy to clean, and definitely sharp.

This tool is really sharp and it zests and grates really quick and easy. I also love the cover, which protects the cutting edges, but you can also snap it on the underside and it will catch all the lemon zest or hazelnut or whatever. great tool. Great design.

I bought this a few years ago and it's been great. It's been used and washed several times, so far it's withstanding rust pretty well even with me sticking it in the dishwasher. It works extremely well for zesting, but other applications as well! Grates up parmesan well enough if you don't have another thing to grate with, butter for things, etc. I've not noticed any reduction in sharpness in the last few years of using it. It stores well in my drawer and honestly it's pretty great.

Excellent with one reservation. I bought this to grate parm, it does that very well. However it is too long to fit into the draw with my other kitchen tools. If it were shorter it would not affect my usage as I don't use the entire length. I typically grate parm over pasta and the size of the portion and plate are much smaller than the length of the grater so you can't use its length anyway.

It's great! Works as described. The zester is sharp and easy to use. I especially liked using it for some garlic. It was easy and mess free. I usually just rinse it right after use, and everything comes off easily. I am really happy I got this zester.
