This yeast will poop out lots of alcohol! Never disappointed!
Mix this with 16 pounds of sugar and other secret adds, and a week later I have 15% beer to run through my reflux still. Works great every time. Never disappointed. Maybe a buck more than the store.

Great for a fast fermentation
This worked as described. Has full fermentation in 48 hrs. Let it go another day but not sure if it mattered.

Good for moonshine not for beer
I use this to make beer because my original yeast was dead. This yeast was very active, but there are so many other ingredients that I would never recommend it for baking beer. It’s probably fine if you’re going to distill your alcohol afterwards, but the beer had a bit of a nasty aftertaste. So I can’t knock the product. Just don’t use it for beer.

It works
Seems to work like it said it would. I haven't tasted it yet but when I checked on the fermentation the activity was almost like boiling water.

If you want your wine to ferment fast, this is the one to do it.
This yeast ferments VERY QUICKLY, the flavor will suffer somewhat though. Seems to work better with high sugar wines. Beer does better with bread yeast. I am glad I tried it.

Works as advertized.
This works as advertised. I made apple mead and was at 15.2% in 48 hrs and finished with 18.3 in five days in 85 degree heat. You will need to set your carboy or bucket in a container as this yeast will blow through the air lock. It looks like boiling water as opposed to the happy percolation of fermentation with regular yeast. One could get the same results with a champagne yeast and enough nutrients and warmth but I figured I'd test this to see if it worked as advertised and it does. It takes about another week to clear so you can drink in about two weeks after you start if you want. It may be slightly different with beer or another wine but I think it will work about the same regardless. Good stuff for a quick batch.

Fast acting and seems to be working very well! My airlock is going crazy still and I'm now 3 days in on this batch.

Produced high ABV wine with low fusels and aldehydes and no hangover. Nitrogen and nutrition is included. I recommend brewing in tea, then adding sugar in steps every 12 hours to reduce stress on the yeast. The bag includes ample excess for many batches. If you want a higher quality ferment then ensure the temperature is 18-21°C after day 3 to prevent unwanted toxins. A cold brew produced a cleaner finish with this than my EC-1118 Prise de Mouse yeast but the ABV was higher.

I used this yeast to make bread. It works well and the bread is always fluffy. Trouble is, if I eat more than half a loaf I get completely drunk.
