What can I say, it's Afrin! You know what it is, you know what it does, need I say any more?If you are stuffed up and want to breath again then use this, you'll be amazed.

I have had nasal congestion my whole life. I use this and only this every single night. It allows me to sleep through the night but doesn’t leave me needing it more and more.

Pro: I deal with blocked sinuses due to allergies all year long. This product works great in opening my nasal passages so I can breathe easier.Con: Not amazon's fault but one out of the 3 pack was a factory defect. The hose that should have been in the bottle was sticking out of the sealed top.

Great for nazal congestion, but need to use it sparingly.
