Belle Poque Women's Vintage Gothic Victorian Skirt Renaissance Style Falda

This is my favorite vintage costume skirt. I used it for a dance group and it was the one I reached for most of the time. I'm 5'4", I had to shorten it a little. I also have the gold/black striped one from this maker and that's very pretty, as well. They are nice fabric and very well made. There is a drawstring on each side so you can draw the hem up and show your boots. I got many compliments on this skirt when I was performing at events.

This arrived on time as a two day ship and in perfect condition. The skirt is well made with decent material as well. The gathers in the front are functional and you are able to alter their height. The waist is elasticized and generous per sizing which is quite rare. These items are usually so much smaller. I will be able to use it without making any alterations which saves me a lot of time. My event is 4 days out so that was important. Don't hesitate, you will not regret this purchase. I am not paid or anything for this review. I bought this skirt for my sons Halloween, red and black wedding. Not the usual colors I would wear at a wedding. And I wanted something lovely. This is an absolutely, perfect fit and well made skirt. It feels and looks fabulous. I absolutely love it. And it has an elastic waste band making it the best fit. I will be getting another for a special event. But it’s also great for normal wear. Thank you for making an amazing skirt and saving the day for me by making something perfect for a special day.

Worked very well as a skirt. The material isn’t the best but it’s enough for a costume

This was perfect for my costume. The fabric felt surprisingly good, the front bustle works as intended, and the overall size and shape were great. The olive color is very deep and beautiful. Definitely a great quality skirt especially for the price. I got the small and it fits well, not tight at all but isn't about to fall off either (waist 28 hips 34). I'll be adding a petticoat under it, which is almost a shame considering how nice the fabric feels!

Really like this skirt! As someone who’s plus sized and super finicky about how clothes feel and fit, it can be difficult to find good alt fashion pieces. Skirt is comfortable and has an elastic waistband. Item is true to the photo and looks very cute. Excited to wear it out!

Didn’t know til I wore it outside that it looks more like a greenish light black, not a “black black”. So it did not match with my black shirt and black/red corset. Bummer!

Pretty, comfy, versatile. My daughter got this for a school dance last year but still wears it regularly.
