Surprisingly tasty for a low-carb meal replacement powder. Lean Body Carb Watchers, Lean Body regular, and Lean Pro 8 are the only protein drinks I can drink on a regular basis and not get sick of the taste. The protein appears to be fairly high quality as well, it's a noticeable difference over others I've tried before.

Good taste, decent price, and nutritious. Seems like a winner.

These are great substitutes for meals and they taste great. No gas issues from drinking these like some other whey protein products give. Overall, this hits the spot and helps keep you healthy.

I too have used Labrada Meal Replacement and Whey Protein for years.Some years ago my workout buddies and I were challenged to see who gets to the lowest Body Fat measured by Hydrostatic Weighing. 90 days later I was in single-digit body fat and was the lowest BF of our group.I also travel extensively for my job and carry Labrada Carb Watchers Lean Body Meal Replacement packets in my luggage. Great for in-between meals and for my late-night snack in the hotel room.

I have been having this for breakfast most days for awhile now - I love the taste & will continue to purchase it over and over again. It does fill me up also.

I did not like the taste. I am new to these kinds of drinks, so it may be that it tastes better than other products. I just didn't like it.
