I initially ordered two of these from the seller. One stopped working because the iOS got into an update loop. I tried everything (I know how to do a lot more than a standard user, so it was really broke). I ordered a replacement and the item's home button was broken. Didn't work and I couldn't set it up at all. So, 2/3s of the items I have ordered from the seller have been defective or straight up broken. Don't bother buying from this seller.

I got this phone almost a year ago to use as a back up/business phone. It is small and very lightweight in my hands compared to my 13 pro max. Which is exactly what I wanted. This mobile phone is very mobile, indeed. I did forget that a smaller phone means a smaller battery, so I do need to charge it every day. If I don’t use it, the charge lasts about 1.5 to 2 days. I am also at 87% battery health as of today. I thought I recorded the percentage when I received the phone, but I guess not. The phone is gorgeous and I love the color. It fits in with my watch and other phone. It even came with a clear case which was perfect as that’s all I put onto my phones anyway. The phone did have a few scratches, but that was expected and nothing interfered with the function of the device. As of today, the phone still performs beautifully with no lag on the latest update. I’m sure this phone will easily last me until the 2030s.

For some reason I had the hardest time activating this phone. I got it and I am grateful. I thought the phone was locked to a carrier honestly but it’s not . What I would recommend is to just go down to the carrier store and activate it. I paid for excellent condition phone and that’s what I got. Battery level 99% health. Will probably be buying from them again in the future as I love phones. Thank you

Battery health at 100%! I bought this phone “refreshed/used like new” from a seller called Woot. Great price. It was packaged securely and looks brand-freaking-new except for a few small superficial scratches on the screen, which fortunately do not affect the display. I installed a ballistic glass screen protector and can no longer see them at all. After growing increasingly frustrated with Face ID, which failed 60% of the time for me, I switched from an iPhone 11 to this SE and couldn’t be happier. I LOVE having fingerprint/Touch ID again, and having a phone that isn’t so dang heavy. The iPhones I’ve used previously have been: 4s > 6 > 8 > 11. The 8 was my favorite, so I knew the SE would be ideal for my next phone, since it’s the newest upgraded technology but in the iPhone 8 chassis. For me, the SE is just right and has the features, size, weight, and performance I want. I have petite hands and don’t want a huge, heavy phone. So glad I went with this. Bye, Face ID. Won’t miss ya! LOL. ** Update, two weeks later ** I freaking love this phone and haven’t missed my 11 for even one nanosecond. Battery life is fantastic. The screen definitely felt small at first coming from the 11, but I like not having that weird notch at the top that cuts into the screen. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the camera light/flashlight on the SE isn’t as bright as the one on the 11. However, in everyday life, this a non-issue. I only noticed because my weekly Invisalign photos, which I send to my orthodontist, aren’t quite as bright with the SE as they were with my 11. This is literally the only downside I’ve found.

I was really worried that the battery health would be bad, or that this would have cosmetic damage, as it is refurbished. I ordered the phone in excellent condition, and it sure is. It looks and works perfectly(it has very minor scratches that I didn’t even notice for a long time bc there’s so small). The battery health is at 100%. The camera is pretty good!! I just got it and haven’t fully set it up but so far am very pleased. Would buy from this seller again. I was also concerned about it traveling in the heat, but that proved to not be an issue. I’m very happy with my purchase, as this is my first iPhone and I had a lot of anxieties of choosing one. I’ve been using it for a week now and I really like it!

My experience with renewed Amazon products have been really good up to this iPhone purchase. This iPhone SE was listed as excellent condition, meaning battery is at least 80% and minimal scratches on body and screen. I received 78% which Apple lost as severely degraded battery and scuff body and low quality replaced screen that wasn’t even aligned currently. Very disappointed with this purchased. Returned to seller. The iPhone SE is a great value, this isn’t it. Pictures shows scuffs and screen misaligned. iPhone screens will always sit flush. This don’t be do.
