Good product, just ordered
I received the product today, fast delivery as promised. System got initialised and I found issues with my keypad. @ is " and /| , # keys are not as per keypad. Have send a querry to seller through amazon service agent. Expecting quick response.If this issues gets sorted out, this config is a cool one for the price mentioned. Also no Intel Iris sticker available on the laptop, but i see it installed from device manager. U shocked me immediately wen opened not seeing Iris Xe sticker...Lol

However, Primary Support Services Status from Dell was shown to be expired 3 months before the date of purchase.

about description and product
laptop is in good condition. according to price and specification. but i didn't satisfy from the battery because it does not met with description as they mention. they mention 10hours but the maximum battery life is 4 hours. i ask about this but they did not reply me, still. this is power full laptop means we are doing heavy work i think the battery should be at least 6 hours.

Getting hot
The laptop is very hot while using it, I haven't even used it for 5 minutes but it heats up instantly. I closed and restarted the next day, but same problem. Laptop doesn't like what I expected
