Broke on first use
The plastic adjustment clip snapped on first use, which led me to face plant dramatically on the floor🥴. Bear in mind, I'm only 5'4", weigh just 54kg, and was only doing a piked Nordic curl, not the full thing. There's no way an average sized man is safe with this device. In my case I'm not sending it back because I can just tie the strap in a knot to get it the length I need, rather than relying on the (now snapped) buckle. And at just £12 what exactly was I expecting? 😂But I'd strongly recommend you purchase a more robust version if you plan on doing Nordic curls or any variation thereof.

Broke during first use
I had set up the strap for its intended use to enable performance of nordic hamstring curls. During the very first rep the plastic adjustment buckle broke into multiple pieces, releasing all tension from the strap. I weigh approx. 80kg and would have expected this product to facilitate nordic curls without breaking.

Broke with less than 100 reps use...
In attached photo you can see how the plastic attachment from the bar to strap broke. Haven't done more than 100 reps on this. Very low quality and do not buy.

Not Robust Enough
Other reviewers have experienced the adjustment buckle breaking on first use - it lasted a few months for me before it snapped, but clearly isn’t robust enough to be fit for purpose. I’m 82 kg, so shouldn’t be putting it under unreasonable levels of stress, surely?
