Pokmon Sun (Nintendo 3DS)

When I am trying to open and play my pokemon sun (UK) version on my new 3ds xl, it said that "This game card could not be read." What shall I do. Please give me any idea.

I ordered this game for my brother for Christmas. It wasn't recognized by his DS when it arrived, so I started the refund process, printed the label, brought it to my post office. The post office looked up the address and said it did not exist, so, therefore, they were unable to send it. I tried contacting the company and was supposed to receive a message back within 24 hours and I have not received it. Very disappointed.

Cartridge is faulty and does not work. I just opened the package to play it and discovered this. It was packaged brand new in cellophane so I didn’t think anything of it or I would have checked it when it arrived. It’s unfortunate because I can’t even return it because I missed the 30 day return window. A waste of 40$. :(

Game came fully wrapped and my son was ecstatic! The game won't load and when I tried to return it, it's international and is going to cost over $14.00 to return. The seller said they'd help with $2. I tried to email them to discuss this and they don't respond.

Faulty and not readable! Was part of a Christmas present for my son and he was so disappointed that the card is not readable. A waste of money and time.

Doesn’t work, seller hasn’t responded to request for help with return shipping. Ridiculous amount they expect me to pay to return it.

and cost to much to send back so i am out 40.00 by the time i get another game!
