These are great to prevent cats from scratching. We recently bought an adjustable bed. The darn cats started to destroy under the bed bc it’s fabric. I was so mad and had to find something before they made it worse. I bought these. They’re easy to apply and stayed on well. After 3 months I replaced them with new ones on under and on the sides of the base for the bed. They were still sticking to the cloth material but the top part lost their stickiness bc of the sheets and blankets and touching them. They still didn’t scratch it even though it was no longer sticky. BEWARE: if you put this on a wood finish like a frame/trim or doorway, it will take off the finish!!! I haven’t tried it on a painted wall and don’t want to risk it. The trim was already ruined from before I bought my house from the previous owners cats scratching it. My cats started to scratch it too no matter how many scratch post I have (6) it’s just something they do… anyways o put this up and they stopped clawing everything that has this. When I first out it on the trim I didn’t put it on straight. I had to remove it and replace it. It was only on a few seconds and still removed the finish. Take your own risk. As for fabric I have noticed anything, not even sticky residue. It remains clean.

The sheets came in 2 sizes which made it convenient for putting on the front of the arms without measuring or cutting. Installation was easy and it appears to be working. I've seen our cat go to touch the front of the recliner (not leather, some kind of synthetic) and back off. It has lost some stickiness since put on as the dogs rubbed by and left their fur. I'm hoping the cat has been trained at least to leave this chair alone. I have several sheets left after covering the sides and arm fronts.

These sheets work ok for awhile. Needs replaced occassionally. They stick ok but if something comes in contact with it, they can pull off easily. They do what they are supposed to and I would recommend for short term training use.

Didn’t work well as a deterrent, but did protect the sofa well, so I was happy but not thrilled.

Took care of my problem they stuck really well. The cats have left mice chair alone. Worked great for me.

Don’t get it! It will stick on cat and come off

I am very happy with this product - in fact, I ordered more. It is easy to use and is not visible on my furniture. After a bit, lint from clothing and what-not adhered to the sticky sheets and I replaced them with a new sheet. Easy to remove and did not harm my furniture. My kittens are still young and still learning:). When they touch this stuff - they are "repelled" but in a very safe way. They just don't like the way it feels and move on! Great product ...and by the way...WAY more effective than "crumpled tin-foil" which has been recommended by friends.

Love these! Kept my cats from scratching at our couch! We stuck them on when we first got it to nip the behavior in the butt.
