I get by with a quarter of a tab per use, and use these not just for supplements but for whatever I want to maximally absorb. CBD, whatever. I assume it makes your meds get absorbed better, too - just factor that in.It increases the permeability of the small intestine - the main site of absorption. Ain't the stomach.The company is genius - they kept competitors out by keeping the price low.

I had some tumeric curcumin that did not contain black pepper. When I found out that this supplement helps absorbency of the tumeric, I didn't want to throw away my bottle of tumeric but by buying this supplement I'm able to use up what I have left until I can buy a product that contains both. I've noticed a significant difference between only taking the tumeric and taking it with this product. I get inflamed joints - in hands and knees mainly, and only on bad days (which is rare) do I need to possibly take any other otc meds. This product does not have much of any taste and I do not get any upset stomach or the like from it.

This stuff is nice. I take it in the morning for an added health benefit. It seems to be working

Not sure why you add stereates to a supplement for absorption

No aftertaste...small pill..supposedly helps with absorption of other vitamins and minerals like Turmeric. Cant say scientifically if it is working but with no aftertaste and cheap price..pure form i will take the chance it is helping absorb more..tests have proved it does help..Recommended.
