Just recieved my heatpack today, I ordered it because I get back and shoulder pain. So far it is so comforting, soft and really relaxing. Deffo recommend! Feels similar to a hot water bottle but cuts out the hassle of having to constantly refil it.

I have been suffering from sciatica for about three months and saw this as an alternative to using a hot water bottle to relieve the pain. It is excellent, no need to faff with hot water anymore, just plug it in, also I can wrap it around whichever part of my leg is hurting so much more versatile. It gets pretty hot so I find I only need it on the third heat setting to ease my pain. I only wish I had been able to get one of these when I was younger and suffering with extreme period pains.

As a person who deals with chronic pain, this is invaluable. Highly recommend.
