I really love making my own tortillas and this finer corn meal/ meseca type meal is my favorite brand for taste and function! It makes beautiful tortillas and corn muffins and even tamales-if I can find the time for homemade! It’s got a nice finer texture too and that really makes the difference I think! It’s a great product and love having it dropped at my doorstep for easier living!

Who would have thought we could make 100% authentic Arepas in the middle of a snowstorm in Canada. This is the real deal.... And saves me airfare. I am still perfecting my recipe... but so far they are incredibly delicious. Does anyone know whether adding oil to the mix is authentic?

Farina usatissima in tutta l'America Latina. Ha la caratteristica finezza e coloritura bianca ed è precotta. Questa caratteristica è essenziale per l'esecuzione di arepas, etc perfette, come tradizione latina insegna. In Itgalia molto difficile da trovare in commercio al dettaglio. Almeno io sono riuscito solo ad acquistarla qui. Prezzo goiusto in formato convenienza da 6 pacchi da 1 kg. Mi basterà per qualche mese
