I left this behind at a hotel I stayed at once. The front desk called me in a panic as they thought it was a very expensive watch I had left behind.

After wearing the watch for one week, it is broken. There is a piece of the watch (tiny black thing, maybe a screw?) floating around and the self-wind and the manual wind functions are inoperable. I would like information on how to return it to you. I will take a refund or a new watch. Really disappointed. I had been waiting for a new watch with some anticipation and now ... Torre
