Chicken-like flavour but good for vegetarians.

Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder is a staple in my kitchen. I've been using it for years. I love the chicken-like flavour, but it is suitable for vegetarians. I've used it for everything from flavouring fried rice, beans, soup, stocks and risotto! Highly recommend this product.

Massel with Spring Water

Love making chuck Roast with it, it's good! I can't stand store bought broth in cartons at grocery store. Taste terrable the broth in cartons! I mix Massel with Spring Water and use it, it taste great! Thank you!

Good flavor but still salty?

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Finding gluten free bouillon powder that’s not full of crap or a ton of salt is a real challenge. I like the flavor of this powder but I still find it incredibly salty. I am notoriously sensitive to salty food but my hubby even said it’s salty. I’ll still reorder because it’s so convenient to have around and seems to have better ingredients. Sodium content:Is it really low sodium? Still seems salty.

Usually a great product

I ordered one chicken stock powder and one beef stock powder. The chicken flavor is fine but the beef has a best by date of July 2025. I've ordered this brand before and really love it since it contains none of my daughter's allergies. Just a little disappointed
