When you purchase these flare-up crowfoot wrench set know that they will not work with square head nuts. They will work with hexagon nuts and flare nuts though.

Saved my day. This is a good set with every size you could need US and metric. More than I needed for a project I was doing, but now I have them for whatever project requires getting into a tight space. I did need a longer adapter than using the two they included but fit with ones I had in a standard wrench set so was able to get the length needed for my project. The wrenches are heavy weight and feel well balanced. The crowsfoot stayed attached and did not slip off the adapters. I needed these in order to remove nuts from water lines and the space as you can see was super tight. This was exactly what I needed to get the job done!

When working on hydraulic connections like brake lines and backhoe hoses, these crow-foot wrenches are essential. Recently used this set changing hoses on my backhoe and I was very happy with the selection of sizes offered in just one set, covering both SAE and metric fittings, each with their own caddy to keep them separate. I would further note that the size of the wrench is clearly marked in large font on the face of the slots in each caddy which is thoughtful and kind to old eyes. A fine addition for my tool box.
