Smaller than I expected.
It's a decent light and fits my needs, but I expected the light bulb to be fully, or at least almost fully recessed in it. 1/2 of a standard bulb protrudes, which makes it less attractive and a little bit glary.

Quality lamp that won’t burn your house down
Quality heat lamp and clamp. Much less scary than the flimsy crabitat lights I was using. The horrible quality, construction, and clamp always had me concerned about fire hazards. In fact, a coworker had his house burn down due to a poor quality heat lamp. Don’t risk it, get a quality lamp.

This is the heat lamp you should be buying, when looking for one!
It is heavy duty durable, I don’t expect it to break (unless I accidentally break it). It does what is says it does, the clamps are tight and heavy duty. I can put it at angles and it holds up!

Works very well
This thing is a life saver. Very strong spring and easy to use. Have it hooked up to a timer and it works perfectly. Would easily buy another one if I needed to.
