After we adopted our doodle, we realized we needed a bathroom trash can with a lid. We have had this trash can for 2 years and it has been great. Our doodle hasn't been able to get to the trash since we got this. We haven't had an issue with the locking feature, but it comes with a back up just in.

Looks nice and you can use shopping bags in this trash can. The bag is not visible. Looks sleek and modern. Great for office.

This was my second attempt at an economical self opening bathroom trashcan. The first one I had to return it was so cheap and crappy and it didn’t even work. This one however, was built a lot better and with so much better materials at least gauge of plastic is better And it actually works. It was easy to set up and start using but at the end of the day it is still plastic I previously have had metal ones but they did cost over $60 but they did last five years and if I picked one up and dropped it on accident, it wouldn’t shatter this one mate . But overall I do recommend it for the price point and the basic quality of it is decent. I’m not sure how long it will last but I would guess with regular usage. I should probably get about 2 to 5 years out of this one too, so why pay more for the fancier one

I ordered this narrow covered trash can and placed it on the bottom of a tall narrow cupboard next to our toilet (the cupboard has a door). My relative uses depends and likes to be discreet for good reason. I placed a trash bag in it to serve as a liner, and provided her with small trash bags that I kept in the cupboard for her to use. She wrapped the used depends up in a small trash bag, then placed it in this trash can that I had lined. We emptied the can every morning. Worked perfect! No odor! She thanked me when her time here came to an end and said she felt she was able to be very discreet about her depend use. I did place an air freshener in the little cupboard as well. I’ll definitely do this again for her. We have a new puppy and I bought a bigger one that we do the same thing with and keep it on the deck and dispose of the pups soiled potty pads each day, and change the liner daily, disposing of the daily contents in our big container that is picked up by our refuse collector weekly.

I liked the product while it lasted. after a few weeks stopped working. Batteries are fully charged but it simply did not turn on anymore right after the day I could return it. I wish it would had broken just 5 days before the window to return it expired. This product is junk and a seller that knows products break should not be allowed to sell in the amazon store.

I love how narrow it is and how nondescript it is. The can also came with a spare part, incase the lid stops working, I guess.
