Ecolution Endure 11 Inch Nonstick Griddle | Induction Base | Oven Safe, Copper

I bought this griddle for use on my induction cook-top but, unfortunately, only roughly half of the cooking surface works with induction. If you are considering this griddle for use with an induction cook-top, pay attention to the manufacturer's photo of the bottom side of the griddle; only the round steel area will cook food on an induction cook-top, making the remaining surface of the griddle useless. I was really disappointed, as I liked the griddle and wanted to keep it. But I need to be able to use the entire griddle surface, not just half of it. If Ecolution will offer another induction griddle with a larger cooking surface, I will definitely try it.

Nothing stuck the first time I used it. Second time I cooked eggs and they stuck. Now I have to use oil spray or butter on it so nothing sticks.

Pan is a good size and very nonstick but there’s a rise in the center so everything slides to the outside edges

Features I Liked: Copper non stick is the best. Works on induction as well as other stove tops. Heats up fast. Cooks even. Can grill 4 Sandwiches at the same time. Really nice handle.What I don’t like: there is a “dip” in the center that makes 4 pancakes all run together in the center. Pancake griddle was the main Reason I purchased it. Eggs do the same. If the pancakes didn’t run to the center I would give it a 5.

We bought it to use on our induction stove but it doesn't work well.

On first use, I tried to cook an egg in the middle and it immediately spread out and ran to the sides. I wanted a flat griddle, but I got something which I can only use to cook eggs in the corners. That adds the extra inconvenience of having to flip an egg (or whatever) that's inside a corner and up against the edge, which was the whole point of trying to avoid in the first place.

Worked well for the first few months but the surface is no longer non stick,. I use it for grilling buttered bread most often and even that sticks now. Always washed with nylon cloths and use plastic, nylon or wood utensils.

We use this on our induction stove. The center heats up - about an 8" circle matching what must be the induction base metal on the bottom - but beyond that it warms more slowly. Half of each pancake or french toast cooked, the other half didn't. Tried bacon and had to keep moving it around as the center cooked but not the ends. Essentially it's useless.
