Comfortable fabric on the back. Strap's hard to adjust. MUSIC (not motors) is too loud.
When I first turned this on, I had to consciously listen for the compression motors for once. (Though once I finally noticed them, I couldn't unhear them, more's the pity.) The music did a good job masking them... too good, as it started out soothing and eventually started to grate, with the high-pitched bird calls and the thing that goes doink all seeming to go off at max volume right in my ear. The review process asks me to rate the volume control, and my rating is that if there is volume control, neither the page nor the manual so much as mentions it; I switched to what the voice called "soothing mode" (modes aren't named the same as in the manual either, so based on available functions this is probably "relieve mode" despite only one model--not this one--claiming any mode ever turns the music off) just because it had long since stopped being conducive to pain relief. At least this is the bluetooth model so if I'm willing to pair it to my phone that'll give me an external volume control... and control over the music selection. The strap is a little difficult to adjust for head size, made harder yet once you need to slide it through the part where it actually attaches to the massager. It's just really tight in that slot instead of being designed to slide easily. And I wouldn't exactly say it's "ergonomic" the way the official product photos suggest, not when they're showing off the opening for the nose. This is one of those "pushes against the bridge of my nose" massagers, and I had to push it up my face a little to get the massage without causing that particular source of pain. It did the job, but as a jerry-rigged solution rather than something that worked as intended. So it depends on the size of your face just how comfortable you'll find it.On the plus side, the heat is wonderful, love the texture of the graphene fabric, and I'm honestly amazed at how nonintrusive the sound of the motors were. I think the fact that the compression actually paused when applying pressure instead of being in constant motion helped with that one, in addition to the fact that they weren't as loud as some other products to begin with. I think if it wasn't for the size of the opening for the nose this might actually be one of my favorite massagers, and I've given it 4 stars accordingly.

Loud Loud Loud
This is a nice mask and the heat works great, but there is no volume control so the sounds and very loud! Not very relaxing when the sound of the compression is right in your ear. This item definitely needs some modifications.

Soothing heat and massage - Very loud with no volume control
I have mixed feelings about this eye massager. It is very comfortable. The elastic band is adjustable and it is easy to fit it around your head with appropriate pressure when the massager is working. There is a very soft suede-type fabric which rests against your face. The controls are minimal and easy to use. It is cordless and rechargeable and holds a charge for a long time. There are four separate massage modes. The massagers themselves are air cushions so there is nothing potentially poking or jabbing you in the eye. The heat is soothing and the temperature is perfect-not too hot and not too cool. It has bluetooth, so you can play your own music if you desire. The bluetooth is always activated when the massager is on, so you just have to look for “Eye Massage” to connect. It weighs only 11.5 ounces. There is no control for volume. The only way to mute it is to hook it up to bluetooth and not play anything over your connection. You can adjust the volume within whatever you are listening to on bluetooth, but it reverts to a very loud volume for its internal “relaxation sounds” when you disconnect bluetooth. The sounds are on a short loop, so you start with loud dripping water with background waves, then move into bird song, then loud running water sounds. Each plays for between 20 and 30 seconds, and then switches to the next sound with a loud click in between. The dripping water sound causes me to tense up rather than relax. Only soothing mode has no associated sounds. The bluetooth connected music and pre-programmed sounds broadcast into the room, so you cannot use this without it being heard by others in the room. It is loud when operating. The air pump makes a lot of noise as it fills and then pulses to release the air.I like how well it works. The heat and massage is very soothing and relaxing, as long as I do not have to listen to their “relaxation sounds”, which I find too loud and offputting. If they had sound choices on a longer loop, volume control, and the ability to easily turn off the sounds, this would be a 5 star product. With the annoyances involved with a product that is designed to relax you, I can only rate this 3.5 stars.

Needs some improvement
I love this. Except for the fact you have no way to control the volume on the sounds. Not everyone wants loud sounds, especially when you have a migraine or headache. So for that alone, I knocked 2 stars off. It's got the potential to be amazing. I hope they can fix that volume issue, I guarantee they'd have a huge success with this handy device!

Not bad after 3 months of using this — good for in the zone relax massage but a bit bulky
This review is for: Eye Massager with Heat and Air Compression, Weighted Eye Masks with Bluetooth White NoiseI suffer from eye strain and dry eyes so I thought I’d give this a good try.I used the white noise as well as the Bluetooth features and they’re not bad at all.I like that it is rechargeable and it will auto turn off after 20 minutes. The massage feature feels pretty comfy and not overwhelming. The downside is that although the fabrics facing you are soft and comfy, the whole set up feels bulky.

Wouldn’t recommend
You can’t truly feel the pressure or the heat, not worth buying.
