Product is not plug and play. Required an additional docking station and cables to make it work with my Dell Precision.Support was a joke…. Had Geek Squad get it running or I would have returned it.

Not happy with the screen design. Left screen folds outwards exposing the screen itself and prone to damage. Right screen folds inwards which is good. Another issue is the screen stability: the screens are not firm enough and swing easily. Given the price, this product ks not worth.

The media could not be loaded. In general, I am satisfied with this purchase, and I make regular use of it. It is of great use in the organization of billing information as well as communication with customers. When I first tried to set it up, I had a hard time figuring out how to turn it on and interpreting the instructions that came with it. I may make use of it whenever it is most convenient for me today. The screen quality is satisfactory; it has a refresh rate of 60 hertz and a resolution of full 1080; it's a little on the dim side; the colors are just as vibrant as those on the screen of my built-in laptop display; and it's perfectly enough for use in the workplace. This monitor is one of my favorites, and I've found that it's incredibly helpful.
