They do fit their indicated application perfectly the are supposed to be Step above a carbon activated filter I have as my and allergies and I decided to upgrade from my carbon activated filter

Does not fit 2002 Jetta as stated. 3/8" too long and won't fit in the lid. Filter is also made in China. I guess Bosch jump ship to china. I have used Bosch for over 25 years, won't any longer. If I wanted junk from China I would have bought that. Does anything from China fit or work ever? Come on

It could have been a little snugger in it's compartment

Doesn't fit american 2001 Audi TT Quattro
Took the old one out and couldn't fit this one in, compared it to the old one and this on is about half an inch too long. Can't return as trying to install the filter tore. Fun.

Fine print states it is only compatible with VW Golf models up to 2010! It’s of absolutely no use if your car is not at least 13 years old! It certainly didn’t fit our 2020 model and was about 2 inches longer than the original part. The listing heading is extremely misleading as it says simply “Volkswagen Golf” with no indication that it is an obsolete part for superannuated models and is not compatible with recent models. Frustrated and annoyed at the waste of my time and extra hassle to return this useless part! Badly done, Amazon!
