Does it come with a 5 year or a 3 year warranty? One description says 5 and the other one says 3.

The manual in the package says 3. That last one I had was at least 10/11 years. I bought a new one because it had been washed so many times, the seams started to fray.

Does it have a cooling feature?

No it does not have a cooling feature

How do you turn it off? I know this is a silly question, I just do not see anything indicating it is off, or how to except for using the timer

The same button that turns it on will turn it off. It is hard to tell in the dark but you will see the number go away if you press it again. Or you can set the timer.
