**Q: I find if I dont keep the brush straight it snags and cuts my hair. Does anyone else see this?**
A: With these types of straighter it’s best to comb hair before so it won’t snag and rip them out. (I only know because I have super curly hair and if I brush it turns into an Afro)

**Q: Cant keep at desired temp. When i set for 350, it continues to scroll up to 430??**
A: You need to be careful not to touch the temp setting button when using on hair. I had a similar experience and found that I was accidentally hitting the button.

**Q: Whats the difference between sx short and sx?**
A: The SX short is made for short hair, bangs and works on beards. The SX is best for medium-long hair lengths and can be used to curl or straighten.

**Q: cannot read the tiny instructions.  How do you turn it on?  I press the button and nothing I press it several times finally turns on.**
A: Just a one second firm press should turn it on
