The ONLY waffle maker you need for cottage cheese chaffles
The ONLY waffle maker you need for cottage cheese chaffles — and yes, they actually taste amazing. I fell down the cottage cheese chaffle rabbit hole like everyone else on TikTok, bought a bag of shredded mozzarella, and immediately realized my giant Belgian waffle maker was completely wrong for the job. Enter: the Dash Multi Mini. Game. Changer. The mini size is perfect for chaffles — the batter-to-crisp-edge ratio is exactly what you want, and because it makes four at once, I can meal prep a whole week’s worth in one shot. I do a big Sunday batch, stack them in the fridge, and just pop them in the toaster during the week. High protein, low carb, and genuinely satisfying. I was skeptical until I wasn’t. Why it’s ideal for chaffles specifically: • The small plates mean more crispy edge per waffle — which is the whole point • The nonstick surface handles the egg-and-cheese batter without tearing (a real problem with cheaper makers) • Four at once means batch cooking actually makes sense • Heats up in under a minute, so there’s no excuse not to make them My go-to chaffle combo right now: cottage cheese, egg, a pinch of garlic powder, and shredded parmesan. Top with low carb marinara, some pizza toppings and you have a pizza chaffle that doesn’t taste like “diet food” at all. I’ve made probably 100+ chaffles in this thing and it still looks brand new. The cleanup is a quick wipe — crucial when you’re making these on a busy weekday morning. If you’re into the cottage cheese chaffle trend (or even just waffle-curious), stop overthinking it. This is the one. Protein girlies, this is your sign. 🧇

The BEST waffle maker!
I absolutely love the Dash Multi Mini Waffle Maker! Being able to make four waffles at once saves so much time, especially when cooking for my family. I used a 2 oz cookie scoop for the batter, and it was the perfect amount—it filled each waffle section evenly without overflowing or making a mess. One tip: use a silicone pastry brush to lightly oil the cooking surfaces before each batch. The waffles release effortlessly every time and come out perfectly without sticking. The waffles cook evenly, have a great texture, and cleanup is super easy. If you’re making batches of waffles regularly, this is definitely worth it! Purchased & Reviewed: July 9th 2026

If you're doing keto, just get it.
I purchased the little Dash single-waffle maker a while back and love it. But I love this one four times as much! I double the recipe for two and make four at a time. At forty bucks, it's not cheap, but it saves lots of time in meal prep and works just as well as four single waffle makers. This usually means that I have two waffles left over for a quick sandwich or snack. If you're doing keto, just get it. This is also probably the answer to quick and easy kids' breakfasts.

Perfect Eggo Dupe
This is a great waffle iron. The perfect size make your own Eggo waffles. The amount to put in each griddle is 1/4 cup. Very little spillover and the edges work. Also cooks fast about 2 minutes for my batter. Only downside is it’s difficult to clean since the plates can’t be detached.

Love this waffle maker!
Makes the perfect - Eggo sized waffles! I wanted to get away from the store bought, pre-made waffles that are loaded with stuff I no longer wish to have in my diet, but wanted the same size and shape of waffles - so my family wouldn't object as much to 'new' waffles. I was thrilled to see this waffle maker and hoped it would work well - and it does! I have zero complaints or issues with this waffle maker. Very simple to use. Just plug it in and it heats to a preset temp, that is perfect for cooking this size waffle. No hassle trying to find the right temp with a dial, and no dial to get moved by accident. No need for a latch, never needed one on any waffle maker I've owned - the top needs to be able to rise as the waffles puff for a minute anyhow - so not sure why people think this needs a latch? The waffle iron - plates do not come off, so cleaning can be an issue if you get stuff stuck all over the iron. But so far, I've only cooked flour type waffles in this and use a spray on avocado oil and my waffles don't stick. I use a silicone basting brush to spread the spray oil around and to do light cleaning as well - that is a great waffle iron tool! When I'm done cooking and the waffle maker has cooled, I use that same silicone brush to brush the waffle iron and spread any leftover oil, and it also knocks off any crumbs that may be left, then I use a paper towel to wipe around the waffle area to clean those none cooking areas and put the maker away. For one mess I made, where I ended up with over cooked batter in one area, I used a fingernail brush, that I keep at the sink, to brush off the dried on crusty batter and that worked great too. I did try making some egg and cheese waffles, but my daughter didn't like them, so those are off the menu. But they did cook well and didn't leave too big of a mess - if I didn't over fill the spots. I might try adding bacon bits to my savory waffle mix and see where that leads - probably to overeating waffles. LOL

Family Breakfast Made Fast and Fun
The Dash Multi Mini Quad Waffle Maker is a total breakfast game-changer. It heats up quickly and cooks four mini waffles evenly at once, which is perfect for busy mornings or feeding a hungry family without waiting in batches. The nonstick plates work flawlessly — waffles release cleanly every time and cleanup is super easy. My daughter loves the little waffle "breadsticks" it makes. It’s compact enough to store easily, yet sturdy and well-built. The graphite finish looks great on the counter too. Fun, practical, and thoughtfully designed — exactly the kind of reliable kitchen gadget I love testing and recommending.

Best wafflemaker I've owned
Overall 5 stars, although... I took off one star for the temp control question because there is none (it doesn't need it, most of the waffle makers I've used didn't) and I took off 1 star for easy to clean question because what waffle maker IS? This one uses the right temp without adjusting and it isn't difficult to brush out the crumbs, and wipe it down with a cloth after it's cooled. I've had a number of waffle makers in my lifetime. They all made run of the mill waffles satisfactorily. I had Belgian Waffle makers. I had Waffle plates for my grill/griddle. I had square waffles and round waffles. I even had individual single mini waffles. I thought I'd found the best when I bought the previous Dash 4 waffle maker -- it made 4 square waffles and had the overflow catchment. It was really nice to not have the excess batter flow out and onto my counter when I accidentally overfilled it. That was going to be my last one. Then... my husband knocked that waffle maker off the shelf where it was stored. The plastic housing shattered into pieces on the concrete floor and while it *might* have still worked, it wouldn't have been safe and was sent to the refuse bin. So I ordered this one -- same brand (Dash), prettier color, same overflow catchment, but 4 individual round waffles instead of 4 square ones attached to one another. Wow! Something about the depth or the shape of the round waffles, or the separation between them took this to the next level. I had 4 evenly filled (no overflow), nicely baked and browned small waffles each and every time I filled it. And I brushed butter on it before I made the first batch but none on the rest of them, and NONE stuck. I'd heartily recommend it!!!

The best waffle maker I discovered online!
I absolutely love this thing! If you’ve ever used the single Dash mini makers, you know they make the cutest waffles, but making them one by one for a hungry family is a test of patience. This Quad Waffle Maker has completely changed the game in our kitchen. Why it’s a 5-star winner: The Speed: Making four at once means everyone actually gets to eat at the same time. No more sitting around while the chef "slaves away" over a single iron. The Nonstick is Magic: I’ve tried several batters (even some with chocolate chips), and they slide right out. Cleanup is literally just a quick wipe with a damp cloth. Consistency: Every waffle comes out perfectly golden and fluffy. The heat distribution across all four slots is impressively even. Space Saver: Even though it makes four, it’s still surprisingly compact and doesn't hog all my counter space.

Me gustó bastante

Me encantó!
Conocí esta marca con una mini wafflera de corazón. Al buscarla por amazon encontré esta wafflera de 6 (más práctica) y está padrísima. Hace los waffles de volada! Volvería a comprar

A Really Great Waffle Iron
I bought the single Dash waffle iron and it works great but takes way too long. I am on the carnivore diet and I make these waffles that are so very good. I decided to get this waffle iron and it has been a game changer. I make 4 waffles very 4 days. I got the graphite color and I love it. The waffles come out cooked perfectly, golden and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I would definitely recommend this nifty little waffle iron to all my family and friends. I am so happy that I fi8nally got this. Love love love it!!!
