Great dehydrator!!
I have been dehydrating food for years. Last Christmas my other half got me this Cosori dehydrator. We were using my Excalibur I’ve had for 15 years, and definitely needed a second dehydrator for all the fruits and veggies from our garden. After reading countless reviews, we settled on this Cosori. We liked that it is stainless steel, easy to clean, has a timer, is all electronic, heats up well. Nice to be able to set it and forget it! It dehydrates just as well as my old work horse Excalibur, which I still use. Makes excellent fruit roll ups, we are dehydrating everything, I’ve even dehydrated marshmallows, which are a crunchy tasty sweet snack! It’s definitely a nice machine, worth the money, and cost considerably less than the similar new Excalibur.

Powerful, Easy to Use, and Exactly What I Needed – Another Winner from COSORI
I’m a big fan of Cosori products, and their Food Dehydrator is no exception! This machine is fantastic — powerful, efficient, and very user-friendly. The temperature control up to 176°F is perfect for making jerky, drying fruits, and more. It heats evenly across all 5 stainless steel trays, so everything dries consistently without having to rotate trays constantly. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the trays are easy to remove and clean, which I really appreciate. It’s surprisingly quiet during operation, which is a nice bonus.Having used a few Cosori kitchen appliances before, I can say this dehydrator lives up to the brand’s reputation for quality and reliability. If you want to make your own jerky or dried snacks at home, this is an excellent choice.Highly recommend!

Efficient & Spacious! SO QUIET!!!!!
I am SO impressed with the COSORI Food Dehydrator! Quick and even drying. The dehydration time is significantly different compared to lower-wattage models. The large 6.5" drying space make it easy to prepare bulk batches of jerky, dog treats, herbs, meat, fruit. This has been perfect for prepping. What I love most is the consistent results—food dries evenly across all trays, and the temperature control (up to 165°F) is incredibly precise. The stainless steel design looks sleek in my kitchen and is super easy to clean. BONUS it operates quietly!!!!! Unlike many dehydrators that produce a lot of noise!!!!If you're looking for a reliable, spacious, and efficient dehydrator, this is it! Highly recommended for people on the carnivore diet, prepping, and health-conscious individuals!

Move over Excalibur…the Cosori has come to town
I used to use an Excalibur dehydrator that I would borrow from a neighbor during backpacking food prep season. When she moved away, I decided to purchase my own dehydrator. And I’ve got news for you: this dehydrator is BETTER than the famed Excalibur in so many ways. Smaller footprint. Quieter fan. Simple settings. Easier to clean. All metal trays (not plastic). I simply love it and for half the price of the Excalibur, this is a steal. I got the silicone non stick trays with a small edge on them to use for dehydrating meats and fruit leather and sauces. They work perfectly and this machine dehydrates like a dream.

exactly what I needed and exactly as described, even better actually
loveeeee it!! been wanting a dehydrator for so long because my mom used to have one and we would make home made jerky etc. picked this one because it looked pretty nice for the price. after using it for jerky, pineapple, mango, bananas, and recently to dry some mint leaves, I absolutely love it. doesn't put off too much heat or noise while on, but some heat does come out the glass door hinge so keep that in mind. the timer and temp adjustment on the touch screen work perfect and seem to be accurate. I really like the sleek design so it doesn't even look super clunky on your counter when you're using it, not really big either. seems to really keep the flavors in especially when using lower heat for longer time, comes with a book that gives recommended time, temps, and recipes for whatever you're making which is perfect and handy if someone doesn't know what to do. the book even tells you what the end texture or crunch of a product will be which is so cool. smell is only really noticeable within 6 feet of the machine. comes with several racks and sheets for drying or making fruit leather etc. overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Size matters
The primary reason I selected the 5 tray model was the higher heat setting for making jerky. There was not any size dimension for the trays in the listing. I knew they would be smaller but I was shocked at how tiny they are (9x10). Not sure I would’ve bought it if I had known, size matters. It is super quiet. There is not a pause in the settings. Have to reset time and temp after opening the door for checking. The quality of the machine matches all the other models, excellent. Dehydrates as expected according to videos watched. The five trays will hold: 2 lbs of ground beef jerky or 12 oz bag of curly kale or 2 lbs of frozen veggies or 12 oz of shredded cheese. It will take care of my family of 2 needs. If time and size matters, this model isn’t for you.

Well worth it!
This is my new favorite appliance. I have made at least 10 batches of apple chips, pineapple, mango, and strawberries. The first batch was my experiment with temperatures, timing, and with how thin I needed to cut my fruit. I have found that apples turn out the best when cut at 1/8in and set to the fruit function with 1 extra hour added. I could eat the entire batch in one day, they are so flavorful!Pineapple I cut a bit thicker at 1/4in half circles and did the fruit function plus 2 hours. They are a bit more chewy and less like chips but I think they are even better than the fresh cut fruit.Mango I cut thin and accidentally over dehydrated them on the regular fruit function with no adjustments. I think i will blend them into a powder.Strawberries I sliced thinly at 1/8th and cooked for the regular fruit function. They also came out very crunchy but will also make an excellent strawberry powder. With my garden this summer will be putting it to the test with a lot vegetables. Will update with those results as I trial and error with them!
