Tamiya Model Airplane - 1/48 P-38 J Lightning

This is the best kit I have ever assemled. The engineering that Tamiya has incorporated is aamazing. The parts fit together so well that no filling of any kind is required. If you carefully follow the instructions, a greeat looking model will result.

This is one of the best kits I have ever assembled. the fit is amazing. detail is good, and the directions are clear and concise. the posters of the painting are great as well. well worth the price. its hard to beat Tamyia

Excellent kit to add to your collection. Very detailed high quality kit.

Tamiya does anything else need to be said about the quality. There was a couple of small things. The box shows signs of being crushed slightly and the box was unsealed. Inspecting the part trees. Everything seems to be there and not broken.

This package was not shipped in a normal shipping box but with a label directly on the product. The product box came kind of broken and looks used. This was supposed to be a gift for someone so I’m a little disappointed In the presentation. The parts are all on the inside, won’t be sure that everything is in there until he builds it.

Great model kit in terms of detail and fit. Reasonably priced and promptly received, this kit is going to be a classic.

All the parts fit just like most Tamiya models. Glue not necessary in some instances fit is so tight. Got the landing gear just right only to have the front collapse without much pressure. Got it fixed. Excellent model!

Meiner Meinung nach der beste P 38 Bausatz überhaupt. Der typische Tamiya-Bausatz,sehr präzise,gut detailliert,1A passgenauigkeit,schöne und gut ausgewählte Decals.Dank der guten Passgenauigkeit durchaus eine Option für Einsteiger.

Ottimo modello , superdettagliato del resto e un Tamiya ....
