Bragg's Nutritional Yeast 4.5 oz by Bragg

I originally purchased this for my elderly shitzhu. It worked good for her. It gives her the vitamins she lacks due to home cooking. Also she likes the tast so I sprinkle it on top. I tried it and now I use it too. I also have an elderly client who stopped eating for a bit and sprinkling this on his food eggs veggies etc has also helped him as well!Highly recommend

I was surprised to realllly love this stuff! Anything I can do for health is 👍🏻. It makes veggies taste better; that’s my main plus with this.

I use this for s cheesy texture in mashed potatoes, sprinkled on my popcorn over pasta.... It adds texture and flavour

I use it as a cheese replacement. Can be salty so remember when using if already using salt in recipe or on food.

This is great on salads, tomato sauce dishes and in omelets! Great stuff & good for you!
