Works great and they have great customer service.

I have been trying to get this unit to stay connected to the web since March when I got it. It randomly disconnects and looses configuration file info for no reason. I worked with tech support all summer and it has not been resolved. There is a defective chip or part that randomly fails. You go through the setup and it connects then for no reason at all it looses connection and setup info. could be days or hours and it happens again. I want a replacement as This system has never worked right from day one. Now I cant seem to connect to the web at all.

Well here is it May 2025, so this thing only lasted a few years.I’d recommend looking at others.I feel for the price I should have gotten more time.Trash it goes, and lesson learned.

Easy set up. I have only had this about a week and half, but it has been working just fine and it is accurate. Can't tell about the rain gauge yet as it hasn't rained since putting it up. The wind speed and direction is spot on and the outdoor temp is pretty close too. At the moment I would recommend it.

First problem I had was with battery's always having to change. Then the last time changing batteries I had to do a factory reset for it to work witch you loose all your stored data. Then it quit working completely after a little over a year of service. To many problems.

Works very well so far, only problem was, there is no notch for the optional AC power wire

I purchased this unit to replace a cheaper weather station by the same company because the monitor went flaky and instead of just replacing the monitor I went with the more expensive unit with monitor. The head in the field is larger and the wind shakes the post which give false rain readings. The monitor has a better display of the data that is received and has a "sleep" setting that blanks the display at night. BUT I have had a problem in that the field unit batteries died after two months and the unit is on a tall pole. I ordered a remote battery case but the manufacturer could not deliver so that canceled, fingers crossed that the present batteries will last longer as the climb up to change the batteries is a job for me.

A seamless replacement with excellent performance. More accurate, good prediction too.
