Surprising support in a small simple and comfortable device. When this arrived I was pretty skeptical about what it was really capable of but it really works great the design makes it comfortable to wear , easy to adjust and can be worn over or under a t-shirt, Once this is on you can adjust the amount of support desired simply by pulling the tension straps located on the front of the straps for each side then lift the buckle to loosen the tension the straps that run under your arms the posture corrector pulls your shoulders into the correct position just like it's described I did find that when I first started wearing this I could only wear for it for shorter lengths of time but the more I wear it the longer I can keep it on my problem is my posture has been out of line for so long it's taking some time to correct it but this is working I can see and feel the difference after just a couple weeks of use. Both the materials and workmanship make this something that will last a long time and with regular use it will pull your posture back into alignment.

Ok, So the original "Rubber Tube-Loop thingy my Chiropractic Doctor ordered for me broke....thankfully because it was never comfortable in the least (I think it was perhaps too small a size).I've got horrible Kyphosis (Genetic variant) to the point now?? that it is causing my left arm down to my Thumb & 1st. 2-fingers to go constantly numb all the time.This came in to-day & I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews & especially after being horribly disappointed by the "Back-bone" apparatus.I gotta tell you, I put this on, pulled the straps & it's now 10 hours later & I'm still enthused and wearing it happily.Although According to the chart? I thought I was a Large? I ordered the X-Large just in case (Glad I did).I could not recommend this enough.

Shipping was fast and on time. I've tried other back supports and they were either too bulky or just didn't offer enough support. This was perfect. It's thin and light yet provides enough support to straighten out my back from the weight of these 38DDs. Lol. It might take a little assistance to get the settings comfortable but once you do it the one time, you shouldn't have to readjust...unless you lose/gain weight.

It sounded good in theory, but it was uncomfortable for both my son and my husband, and I didn't return it in time for a refund. It fit weirdly under their arms and pulled up in the back, even when set to maximum extension--maybe shorter people would do better with it. (They're 6'5" and 6'1" respectively.)

I guess I don't need it . My posture is fine ! Thank You !

Bought this after my chiropractor suggested I work to correct my posture when sitting for long periods of time at work. After a few hours I find myself sloutching a bit and to need to train myself to sit up striaght and improve my neck and back health. I tried product in both a sitting and standing position and found no difference in my posture. I kept it in place for a little over an hour while sitting and had to remove it, because it became really uncomfortable and didn't do what it was designed to do. Sent it back.

This works great for preventing slouching! Great way to get yourself out of a bad habit. I wear it when on the computer or watching TV, but personally I dont think anyone could functionally wear this while doing many day to day tasks that involve arm movement.

Maybe my back is worse than this can help with... or maybe it's just no good. Didnt help with my posture just made me uncomfortable. Returned it right away.
