I have a 65cm ball and this keeps my ball from rolling around especially when doing sit ups on the ball. It's really light and hasn’t left any impressions in my carpet yet like I’ve read some reviews of ball bases so that's a plus for me! I like that it comes with an exercise guide. I was able to get the guide from the company’s website very quickly. I would suggest checking out the PDF on a computer or tablet just because the pictorials are kinda small and would be just a bit more difficult to see on mobile but nonetheless it was really helpful. I was surprised to see that you could use the resistance bands for leg exercises as that had never occurred to me and now those are my favorite to do. I normally only used my ball for core exercises and wanted a base for extra stability but decided on a base with the resistance bands because the more bang for your buck the better right? Now I can get almost a full body workout with just my ball and this base. Very satisfied!

No exercise cards....not a level base....slid all over the floor and scratched it

I’m 5’2” and wouldn’t recommend for anyone my height or shorter.Bands were too long for arm curls or even overhead presses... just not enough resistance.Additionally, one band was slightly longer than the other. Ended up donating to Goodwill

I like this option for resistance use. Wish they were just a wee bit longer....

This yoga ball base is great. It does exactly what it claims and that makes me happy. I chose this base for a few reasons. First of all it really caught my eye and I just really like this company’s branding, second was the fact that the purchase included an exercise guide which really came in handy! 100 exercises is way more than I ever would have been able to think of on my own. Third was the price. As someone who doesn’t have prime because I don’t do too much shopping on Amazon the price was perfect because $25 gets you free shipping! I had seen some cheaper ones but that would’ve meant paying extra for shipping and those bases didn’t even include the resistance bandsI like the base a lot. No assembly and very lightweight so its easy to move around and the bottom is hollow so I can put the resistance bands underneath when I don’t feel like using them. So far I have not had a problem with the base moving around on hardwood floors or carpeting which is a plus. The other plus is the resistance bands actually give quite a workout! I am not very tall and at first I thought the bands would be too long but the more I worked out with them the more I felt them working! The handles are nice and soft so your hands do not cramp or get uncomfortable which is an added bonus. All in all I am very happy with this purchase!

I was searching for a solution to keep my yoga ball in place and stumbled across this one.In addition to keeping the ball in place, this product has awesome resistance bands. The grips are very comfortable and the tension ensures I can get a good workout in any position (it comes with a starter guide that helped).The only issue I have is that the bands need to be set in a certain location to make sure they fit properly under the base. You can see what I mean in my attached photo.For the price, this is a great product for anyone looking for a base but wants a workout option as well.

This thing is useless. They resistance is almost nothing. You can't adjust it, or take out the strap to just hold your ball in place. Waste of money.
