This is a great book that goes in depth into the material and curriculum that prepares you for the exam. It is conceptual. The material will remain relevant. It actually goes beyond just teaching you to pass the test. This is a book that I will keep and refer back to regularly as I get more involved in amateur radio.

Well written and easy to follow. I passed my test on the first try after spending a weekend with this book

Only 4 -stars-after studying the entire book-some subjects are too skimmed over-although it references other sources. But pricey for an all-in-one study guide. I belong to ARRL and this will probably get you a passing grade if you work at it, but I would not rely strictly on this to pass your tech ticket, especially in the area of satellite and digital modes of operation.

I am working towards getting my ham radio license and this book was highly recommended. I am on chapter 3 and the book is well laid out and very easy to read. The way the highlight the questions as you read along makes it great to study for the exam. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into ham radio.

Easy to read. Has all the test questions and answers in the back. I was able to pass my Technician test only missing one out of 35 questions.
