This replacement battery is an absolute piece of junk. I bought this battery because my current battery did not last very long. This new battery lasts even less then my 3+ year old battery. Stay away

Just wanted to change out my existing battery from 2019. Most cell batteries are only good for 3 years so I was overdue. Kit came with all the tools needed. Just used my heat gun on the back glass for 2 minutes to get to the battery. Battery comes with adhesive so you don't have to use glue. Plenty of YouTube videos on this repair to save yourself over $100 taking it to a repair shop. I also replaced the USB port and wireless charging coil while I was in there. Highly recommend getting this simple replacement battery stay away from the gimmick batteries out there claiming to have more capacity than the original, they are often refurbished dissappointments!

Good or even better than the original one, lasting exceed my specifications.

Instructions for removal of old battery only. Installing the new battery I just followed them in reverse. The kit comes with everything you need except a way to heat the phone to remove the old battery, I used a hot plate with a piece of foil with the heat on the lowest setting, and after a bit of a struggle, got the old battery removed. I have above average technical skills, and with the old ballooning battery, it was even a bit terrifying for me.

Loving the extended battery life and ability to rapid charge again. Install is a nightmare though trying to get out the old battery
