It's a really great juicer: makes clean, smooth juice with no pulp pieces, which is a pleasure to drink and a big improvement from standard juicers. Good value for the price and comes with a nice cleaning brush for easy cleaning. It produces a good amount of juice, and while pulp dryness depends on the food (more moist with juicier fruits, as expected), it’s still quite good compared to other cold-press juicers I’ve tried. It’s powerful, sturdy, quiet enough so not to bother sleeping family members, very easy to use, and works well with both soft foods and harder ones like carrots. Both my mom and I love it and use it daily. I did have an issue with some parts coming apart, but customer support were very helpful and arranged the replacement quickly. Would definitely recommend this juicer to anyone in need of a new juicer.

Perfect for blackberries! This little machine easily separated the seeds from the juice and I was able to gather the pulp/seeds in cheesecloth to make a small batch of jam with last summers frozen wild berries. Wish I would have had it sooner! I plan on using it for pomegranate juice next year. Cleans up easily.

This is a great product, it assembles quickly, and the cleanup is quick. When you put multiple stalks of celery in as an example, the machine does seem to bog down. If you recognize the machines limitations, then it is going to be a great product for you. Even hard vegetables like carrots go through slower but adequate to my needs.

Love this masticating juicer. Makes great juice and after I broke the mesh filter their customer service replied quickly to get me a new one. Great juicer at a great price.

Ive been using this machine almost every day for the last two(ish) months. Okay so overall its fine it juices like its supposed to (doesnt get the fruits and veggies bone dry but it does the job. Now here's where I have the real problem, the spout where the fibers come out? My GOODNESS, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to twist that part off for cleaning!! Every single day I struggle to get that part off and honestly it makes me want to throw the whole thing away. I have to wear rubber gloves to get enough traction to twist the part off. Insanity. Ive attached a pic to show which part Im talking about.

O produto é’ difícil de abrir pós uso. Pode ter vindo com defeito. Talvez prenda a fibra de frutas ou verduras fibrosas. Da’ trabalho para abrir novamente. Tenho amigos que indicaram a compra e não tem esta complicação. Funciona bem, mas é’ difícil a limpeza por emperrar na hora da limpeza.tenho que colocar água quente para dilatar e soltar o filtro. Demora.

Easy to assemble, and very easy to take care of. We are avid makers of fruit and vegetable drinks, and tried a few juice makers in the past. Most of them were very difficult to take care of / clean. This juice maker is the best that we saw in years !

I am new to juicing… I have been using it extensively for 5 days… preparing juices for myself and family members… it is easy to assemble and clean and produces pulp free juice… I have experimented with beets carrots ginger spinach apples oranges lemons and celery and have all worked out extremely well. On a side note I have never felt better. I would highly recommend this product.

While this machine is unique and ideal for light fruits and vegetables. Beets and carrots are to be cut into very small pieces. This machine is not suitable for my use.
