Will 1 inch thick ceramic fiber blanket work for a kiln at 2400 F

I think it would work but the outside of the kiln would get hot pretty quick. I have 2 inch thick kaowool in my forge and the outside metal of my forge gets hot after about 30 mins of forging at those temps. So yes it would work but 2 inch would be better if you can fit it in there. Just my 2 cents.

No, that's a bit more than you would be able compress it. It might compress to 1.5"

will this insulation work inside the hot tub cabinet (winter blanket for inside hot tub cabinet) ?

I’m not certain of your exact application but it should be enclosed in a sealed enclosure. It’s really used to insulate against high heat applications, not cold applications.

Can I use this to wrap around a toilet pipe in a crawlspace that keeps freezing?

This material is really designed to prevent the transfer of high heat to flammable materials. I don’t know how it would work as an insulator of pipes from cold. I would think you would want to insulate the cavity through which the pipe runs, rather than wrapping the pipe.
