Didn’t like the clips. Didn’t keep the rollers in place.

Rollers are A+. Very are to find a 2" barrel hot roller and with my thick hair, I was super excited. I read the reviews about the clips, so I ordered stronger ones along with these rollers. Even the GOOD clips are not enough to hold these rollers in. They need a specifically designed clip, which Conair spent absolutely NO EFFORT on when they made these rollers. They do not stay. Do not waste your time or money. I am pretty crafty... I gave myself the benefit of the doubt that I could find a way to make them stay because I wanted to love them! Nope. They're awkward and heavy and absolutely worthless as they fall out of your hair and do not do what they are intended to do AT ALL. The minute I bent over to pick up something in a lower draw several came rolling off my head and scattered all over the floor. Who designed this and got with a team of experts and said, "Oh this is good!" I mean really... who ? I wanna know. They went back as if you didn't gather that from this review. And that's saying something because I am not someone who returns a lot of things back to Amazon.

This should have a feature light indicating when rollers are ready. The light stays red the entire time. I was looking for the green light. The CLIPS are horrible they do not hold there's a learning curve to this. You have to place the clip right at the top of roll. The rollers themselves are not bad and casing is nice. But I thought this was going to be easier and it turned out to be more work.

My favorite curlers when I want my hair to have a lot of body. These do not give much of a curl but a ton of body to my hair. They are very gentle on the hair and nice quality curlers and a good price.

I give the curlers a 5 and the clips a 1. The included clips are practically useless. I purchased a set of 20 metal pin style clips from Amazon and they work great with the curlers. I can put 2 on each curler and they hold securely. The curlers are perfect to add volume to my shoulder length hair.

Clips = badThe clips shown in picture work great (two prong) the clips received with product do not work great and pop off your hair. (It’s as if they were tested without using hair on the roller ). I would return this product but i shipped them to a relatives house to keep there and use when I'm visiting a few times a year and could not juggle the return process during my recent stay. The curlers and unit are great and give you volume and for me smooth out frizzy hair to silky smooth hair that lasts a couple days. My hair is 3” past collar bone and they work well

I looked long and hard to find a hot roller set with a low/high temp control. My hair is thin so my scalp has been burned by other hot roller sets with no ability to adjust the temperature. I use this one on low all the time and it is perfect for my hair and scalp.

I love the 2" ceramix hot curlers by Conair. I purchased the exact same product in 2019. Very reliable. I get a lot of compliments about my hair. Complaint. The 2nd set i just received 02/2025 does not have the 2 prong clips advertised in the picture. I have been trying to use the inferior clips delivered with this product but they fall off. If you receive this product without the pictured clip i would return for refund. I called conaire. They cannot mail me the correct clip because it is out of stock. In other words they are not going to make it right.
