You can get much cheaper versions but I wanted the original one. Good way to spend a few minutes, gets your brain working.

Almost as good as a GAN (and similar) cube.
I have a GAN cube, and have tried about two other brands of speed cubes that look and feel identical to the GAN cube. I really like GAN cubes, but after purchasing the Rubik's speed cube and this cube, I can honestly say that the GAN cube, although it is a bit better, isn't worth the price that it costs. The most up-to-date GAN cube (as of Nov. 2024) is about £79.00 on Amazon.co.uk, and yet you can get the two aforementioned 3x3x3 Rubik's Cubes for about £14-18 each (the speed cube costs more than the standard Rubik's Cube). I like the feel and quality of this cube, although my preference is the Rubik's speed cube. It's hard to put into words; it just oozes quality. Perhaps Rubik's were listening to their customers? I must reiterate: the GAN cube is better, so don't think that this cube is just as good as the GAN cube. I just feel that for the price you are paying for the standard Rubik's Cube, you are getting something that is well made and gives you value for money. I gave this puzzle cube 4 out of 5 stars because I believe that Rubik's could easily make a puzzle cube that is equal to GAN, and because there is no supplied bag to protect it.
