I bought this product to wax my legs and arms. I’ll start by saying, I used to work at a company that is centered around waxing. I ignored the other reviews here with arrogance, thinking their bruises were because they weren’t holding the skin tight or they just had bad technique. Needless to say, I’m accustomed to hard wax, but the honey wax worked pretty well, not bad for the price point. However, the rose wax is awful. It heats up and is liquidy thin in the tube but refuses to roll out evenly like the honey and because it’s such a struggle to roll, it was drying as soon as it hit the air (my house was like 74° certainly not cool enough to cause it to harden instantly). Due to this it yanked out my hair slowly and painfully. I tried applying to the strip so I could just put the wax down the same time as the strip, that didn’t work. It took all of my upper body strength to roll the most uneven gloopy layer. I really wish I took more pictures. Regardless, because of the slow yanking whilst rolling, my skin also peeled a bit. Not as bad as some of the other reviews, but it looks like the peeling you get after a sunburn. This product is more than a waste of money and resources. I’ll be sticking to hard wax. 1 star because the charging handle wasn’t a complete fail.

I've always wanted to try one of these warmers so I finally got around to ordering this one and I gotta say I am impressed. I usually like to get hard waxes because soft ones don't do as good of a job for me, but this was is actually something in between soft and hard. Surprisingly, it pulled ALL the hair in one round without leaving any strays. The wax itself is on the thicker and denser and definitely not as thin and runny as some of the soft waxes I've tried. But this is still a soft sticky wax that requires strips and a solution afterwards to remove the residue. Doesn't leave a ton of residue, but skin is still sticky afterwards. The warmer is not as bulky as I thought it would be and is very comfortable to use and it heats up the wax well and quick. The cable is on the shorter side and I'd love a longer one. Overall, I like this kit very much and I definitely recommend it.

this wax is SO easy to use. it takes a while to warm up but when it does it glides on so smoothly and it completely fool proof. the only thing i have against this is that i think it ripped my skin when i waxed my legs??? the day after i waxed i noticed a lot of discoloration on my legs that definitely weren’t there before i waxed. i then tried to wax my armpits and i DEFINITELY got my skin ripped then, it was painful to put my arm down!

I liked the ease of this product. It was easy and I was never burned. The after spray is very soothing and is oil based which helps moisturize the skin.Depending on the wax insert depends on how long it will take before you can safely apply to the skin. The pink insert was the quickest to heat up and the honey based one took the longest. Overall great product and will do the job if you can’t get to a wax appointment!

I bought this because I want smooth underarms like kpop idols and I think it's achievable. I will say that I would give it a bit more than 15-20 minutes to heat up so it can roll on a bit easier but please be mindful of how much heat you can handle and your own skin sensitivity. The seller is very accommodating when offering advice, so if you have any confusion on what to do and the instructions in the box aren't enough I recommend reaching out to them.My own personal advice would be to wait for some substantial hair growth if you're used to shaving just so the wax has something to cling to. It's hard to wait, especially if you're uncomfortable with any noticable hair growth in certain areas, but it's better to wait so that way you don't risk irritating your skin.This is better for larger areas. It does say that you can use it for your face but I wouldn't just because the roller is so large. I think it's best for under the arms, arms, legs, and bikini line. For smaller areas get something smaller or spend the few dollars on a salon visit!

It's not great, it mainly works well on legs and arms; however, using it on other areas can be challenging due to its bulkiness and stickiness. In some cases, it may not be strong enough to cleanly remove a patch of hair.A better alternative would be a wax bead kit. Both the wax beads and the roll-on wax require about the same amount of time to heat up and be ready for use. They also take the same amount of time to apply and remove. However, wax beads are generally strong enough to remove any hair and are versatile enough for use on almost any part of the body.On the other hand, the roll-on wax is extremely sticky—much stickier than you might expect. No matter how careful you are, it remains sticky even after washing your legs. The spray they provide only offers a temporary solution to the stickiness, but you won't have this issue with wax beads.Also the heater itself gets sticky and there is really no way to clean it without putting it through boiling water
