Seeed studio NVIDIA Jetson Nano Edge AI Device - reComputer J1010 Kit, Aluminium Case, Pre-Installed Jetpack System. Mini PC with 0.5 TFLOPs (FP16), Power Supply NOT Included

I almost didn't purchase this item due to a review. It stated it was not equipped with a MicroSD Card Slot. I purchased the item anyway. If that information was referring to the Seeed studio NVIDIA Jetson Nano Edge AI Device - reComputer J1010 Kit, as expected there is a MicroSD Card Slot (CLK Frequency 48M) included.

So I bought two of these from amazon, both are incredibly terrible. Do yourself a favor and get the real jetson on ebay for like 100$, OR buy the waveshare version. thats what i had to do after learning that trying to boot your seeed studio j1010 from a sd card was a sure fire way to make you scroll through atleast 50 forums to find out that NOBODY'S answer is the answer. You will go through hell. Please, just please, dont think you can get around this. you will not be able to.

Great device. One note this is different from a "developer board" since there is no SD Card slot. There is 16 GB of storage onboard with Nvidia SDK already installed. There is also a slot for an NVMe2 card which can be used to install much larger drive. Instructions on Seeed's website to boot off NVMe2 drive.

Underwhelming experience with this Jetson Nano clone. Unit ships with 16GB system RAM, but JetPack 4.6.1 takes up 13GB leaving very little to do anything with. Was able to boot with an external 512GB SD-Card, but system becomes very unreliable and requires multiple boots back into Recovery Mode. Was not able to get the MIPI IMX219 camera working. Driver does not load on boot up. Was able to get a USB camera working and demonstrate Real Time Object detection, but not worth the effort. Would return if I could, but the window has closed.

Easy to setup, very powerful for the price.
