Ledger Family Pack X - 3 Nano X Crypto Hardware Wallets

I bought the 3 pack and spent an hour charging, setting up and updating firmware, apps, pairing etc. The third had this error. I have tried what the Ledger site says but not worked- update new device firware by holding left button. As the seller listed these as a pack I have to return all 3 or keep it, there is no option to contact the seller or return 1.The whole point of this is to make storage safe and easy, if your keeping this in a safe for years you going to have to periodically charge and update firmware (and the app) and hope that support for either never stops. So if ledger go bust the device should be changed.

Loc was right about the batteries, but i ignored his review thinking it would not happen to me too.However Clearly the entire production line of stock they sent to amazon are bricks!I got my family pack and the first one was a brick, it only worked when i plugged it in, and would switch off immediately after i unplugged it.Now i have to go through the effort of repackaging it, while only given 1 month to return it, but i work all week and finish when the post office is closed, have lose a few hours of pay just to return these rahted lego bricks.
