Whst is the bandage size ? Desctiption states 8x12. The product dimensionsstate 6x4.

The ones I bought were 8 X 12 size.

How strong is the adhesive? If the dressing must be changed daily, will it take skin with it? Is there a similar but nonadhesive product?

It is all adhesive, but the adhesive is not half as bad as the island bandages I have been putting on daily. No skin issues from this and we are three weeks using. I do use alcohol and wipe down the whole area when I do the dressing change. I use this to put on over the bandage for showering daily. They are expensive, but a life saver when you have to get out of door for work. As your wound decreases in size and don't see a size for you, I have cut to size. I have even used the left over pieces. With left over pieces I just make sure you put the lower part on first and then the higher piece over the lower portion so the water goes nicely over the seam. No leakage issues ever. Highly recommend!

Are these waterproof?

As long as they have a full seal in your skin without anything protruding from it, like a catheter or PICC line, then yes they are waterproof.
